These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Genesis Robotics Network website, platform, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Genesis Robotics Network ("GRN", "we", "our", or "us").

Use of Services
Eligibility

Intellectual Property
The Services and their original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Genesis Robotics Network and its licensors.
Our Content:
The GRN name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Genesis Robotics Network. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.
Your Contributions:
When you contribute data or content to our platform, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content in connection with our Services. See our Licensing page for more details.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. GRN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. Any material obtained through the Services is at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL GRN, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
